In order to remove the surface moisture, as far as possible, the assembly is completed before the temperature has begun to drop.
Secondly, the top of the large insulating sleeve is sealed. The sealing at the top of the casing can be divided into the sealing of the casing itself and the sealing of the lead wire. At present, the top of the oil conservator of the main transformer in most substations is equipped with an elastic corrugated plate, which, together with the compression spring, regulates temperature changes.
The casing lead is a cable-through structure. If the sealing between the top wiring board and the conductive head is not tight, rainwater will penetrate into the transformer along the top wiring board, conductive head and cable line of the bushing. Water entering the root of the transformer lead will cause damp breakdown and cause power outage. In order to avoid this situation, it must be tightened with bolts to ensure sealing.
Finally, the small sleeve of the middle flange. The outermost shielding plate of the capacitive screen is the grounding electric screen. Use a 1.5mm soft stranded wire and cover it with a plastic tube to lead it to the conductive rod of the small grounding bushing. This bushing is called a measuring terminal. When overhauling, the casing should be laid down horizontally with the small casing of the end screen facing upwards, and the lead of the end screen can be checked by removing the small casing, and corresponding repairs can also be made.
